1. Basic principles of Aero engine and it's operation
2. Good understanding skills of GD&T and NDT techniques relevant to MRO
3. Hands-on experience in metal joining and metal removal techniques for different types of materials in MRO.
4. Authoring/Drafting repair solutions for different types of reported damages in MRO including Repair Development (RD), Technical Variance (TV) or Departure Record (DR) or One Time Concession (OTC).
5. Basic understanding of different types of manuals and their usage like ESM, CIR, AMM, EIPC, CRM etc
