As a Support Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional assistance to our US clients regarding antivirus installations, malware removal, and subscription support. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the digital safety of our customers by delivering top-notch service and support. Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive support for antivirus and security suite installation processes. - Identify and eliminate threats and spyware through remote troubleshooting techniques. - Educate customers on best practices for digital safety and offer recommendations for security bundles that meet their needs. Requirements: - Proficiency in troubleshooting malware issues and familiarity with remote desktop tools. - Strong command of the English language and exceptional problem-solving abilities. - Previous experience working with antivirus products such as Norton, McAfee, or AVG is highly desirable. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Mohali, with a night shift schedule.
