Job Description

Role & responsibilities

7+ years practical experience supporting and implementing IT systems for legal operations.
Experience with Onit ELM and CLM capabilities is preferred. Prior experience with supporting law firms operational or billing systems is preferred.
The candidate should possess the ability to adapt to multiple roles and tasks, with a capability to foresee and resolve issues responsibly.
The candidate must assess risk effectively and make decisions transparently.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral, are crucial.
The candidate must demonstrate problem-solving and analytical abilities, attention to detail, and manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
The candidate should perform well under pressure and handle tight deadlines proficiently.
Highly desirable; hands-on experience with Azure Database for PostgreSQL and Azure Key Vault for secure credential management, along with some expertise in optimizing SQL and PL/pgSQL code and developing PostgreSQL stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers to support scalable business logic.
