Qualifications & Experience BE or Diploma (or higher), in Mechanical Production/ Automobile Electrical engineering; Business Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Total work experience of 12-15 years in Handling Supplier Quality and Incoming Parts Quality Expert in Handling Parts manufacturing Processes Knowledge of Quality Systems, Supplier audits, process audits. Handson experience on QMS ISO9001:2015 with detailed understanding on Customer Input Requirement, QMS documentation. Experienced in MS tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project); Knowledge & Competencies Quality Instruments & equipment Understanding of Basic Quality Inspection Equipment, their Calibration as per IS Standard and Metallurgical Inspection Detail exposure on PPAP documentation, APQP process. Quality Tools application with Systematic Problem-solving Approach Green or Black Belt Six Sigma certification Expert in Handling Parts manufacturing Processes Handon experience on QMS ISO9001:2015 with detailed understanding on Customer Input Requirement, Flexible and willing to work in Matrix organisation structure JOB TITLE: Manager - SQA Soft Skills Capable to work in team and independently too. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to write technical reports. Prompt in planning, review & reporting 3. POSITION FUNCTIONS Handling Supplier Quality and Incoming Parts Quality Supplier Handling and Auditing, Incoming Quality Maintenance, System adherence as per QMS Defect Handling with CAPA closure in form of SCAP, 8D or other customize report. Systematic problem-solving approach. Preparing and implementing supplier wise annual audit plan to improvement and evaluate the suppliers Commodity Manager, able to liaison with sourcing and design team for Defect Resolution, Systematic Problem-solving approach Maintain QMS documents legibility & availability. Quality Planning for all Incoming Parts categorise in A, B, C, D Class Managing Incoming Quality Inspection planning, AQL, sampling plan etc Managing PPAP documentation, participate in supplier APQP process.
