Supply Planning and Distribution

The Supply Planning and Distribution role involves being responsible for supply planning and distribution planning of specific categories, issuing dispatch plans from sites and mother warehouses to CFAs, and driving actions to improve Dispatch Plan adherence. You will coordinate and ensure product range availability across all Distribution centers (C&FA) as per agreed norms, define and implement the right inventory levels of finished goods from factories to the CFAs, and work towards reducing backorders and lost sales. Monitoring and driving actions to reduce SLOB will also be part of your responsibilities. Your principal responsibilities will include category distribution planning across India, ensuring product range availability at CFAs, addressing availability concerns, inventory management, and promoting a collaborative approach and teamwork for successful executional experience. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in planning and distribution or key account planning in diversified categories, FMCG, or a similar industry with exposure to ERP/Planning tools. An MBA/PGDM with specialization in Supply Chain & Operations Management is preferred.
