Job Description

In this varied and engaging role, you'll support, develop, and deliver supply chain solutions that enable our sourcing teams to give the bank a competitive advantage
You'll manage the supply chain operations and support teams, enabling accurate and timely delivery, and you'll liaise with our suppliers regarding the onboarding process, ensuring a consistent approach in managing the supplier panels
The work you do will improve the customer experience, continually improve our processes, and ensure delivery is aligned with our cost and risk appetite expectations
This role requires flexibility as you'll be covering UK working hours
We're offering this role at durector level

What you'll do
As a Supply Chain Support Lead, you'll own and deliver process efficiencies, improve the overall turnaround time, and support the team to deliver continuous improvements. You'll validate the contracts master to see the expiry status of contracts, and proactively engage with the sourcing teams, enabling them to initiate relevant actions proactively. You'll also lead and manage the e-Auctions where applicable and submit the outcome with the sourcing teams to take sourcing decisions.
