Supply Chain Specialist- PO Management

Role Overview: As a Procurement Specialist in our company, your main responsibility will be to place orders through the Peoplesoft system based on the procurement plan. You will also collaborate with suppliers for sales confirmation and approve shipments. It is important to follow our standardized procurement process to ensure timely delivery from suppliers. Additionally, you will need to communicate effectively with the Sourcing team and QC/QA departments to address supply and quality issues. Building and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers is crucial, as well as actively participating in teamwork to continuously improve the procurement process. You may also be assigned other tasks based on business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Place orders through Peoplesoft system and work with suppliers for sales confirmation and shipment approval - Ensure suppliers adhere to the standardized procurement process and deliver on time - Coordinate supply and quality issues with the Sourcing team and QC/QA departments - Establish and maintain positive relationships with suppliers - Collaborate with team members to improve the procurement process continuously - Perform any additional tasks as assigned according to business requirements Qualifications Required: - Ability to work independently and diligently - Preferred experience with industrial products - Analytical, driven, open-minded, and goal-oriented - Proficient in English; fluency in Chinese is a plus - Capable of working under pressure and accepting challenges - Honest, reliable, and highly responsible,
