Supply Chain Scheduling Specialist

Role & responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Maintain optimum inventory levels across assigned warehouses within a designated region.
• Create and manage stock transfer orders to import material from company's plants in North America and certain locations in Europe.
• Ensure the availability of the right level of inventory at warehouses to meet sales demand.
• Coordinate closely with multiple stakeholders like Customer Service Representatives (CSR), Logistics, Source Planners, Supply Planners, and Demand Managers to review forecasts and requirements.
• Work primarily on SAP (ERP tool), specifically in the SAP MM module for order creation and related processes.

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong English communication skills to interact effectively with global stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel is required.
• OMP experience is considered an added advantage.
