Supply Chain Planning Executive

Role Purpose:

Serve as global functional expert for supply chain planning SAP master data. Supply assurance monitor and track supply outlook including supply issues, resolution, Inventory management and deployment.

Role & responsibilities:

• Act as a Global Process Gatekeeper for SAP Processes related to Plan To Supply (PTS), covering Master Data, Planning and Inventory Management.
• Develop detailed knowledge and expertise in SAP functionality, master data and reporting related to PTS processes
• Establish strong working relationships with Internal OSD Supply chain team to attain optimal levels of production output, minimize costs while adhering to agree upon production schedules, thereby delivering superior levels of customer service.
• Participate and collaborate closely within Internal OSD Supply chain team on supply/demand changes, out of stocks, Weekly Product Escalation forum etc.
• Ensure global inventory management policies and processes are adhered to.
• Maintain regular contact with the logistics centres and global planning to resolve demand and supply issues.
• Through collaboration with key stakeholder, accountable for driving continuous improvements in supply chain processes, establishing meeting performance objectives and operational changes.
• Ensure accuracy of master data and compliance with GMP, regulatory standards, and internal policies.
• Monitor and analyse inventory levels, lead times, and replenishment strategies to drive efficiency.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum Bachelors degree (Pharmaceutical Sciences, Logistics, Supply Chain management, Trade or Management)
• Minimum 2-5 years working experience in a Supply Chain environment; preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent understanding and experience with production planning and inventory management optimization strategies (APICS certification preferred)
• Prior Pharma experience an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of system enabled PTS, SAP, MRP, APO, Kinaxis
