Supply Chain Plan&Analyt Assoc Manager

As a Supply Chain Plan & Analyt Assoc Manager at Accenture, your role will involve managing planning, procurement, distribution, and aftermarket service supply chain operations to help clients realize $5 for every $1 spent on services. You will be part of the Supply Chain Planning Team responsible for end-to-end supply planning and execution. Your responsibilities will include assessing, designing, building, and implementing best practices for Supply Planning capabilities such as Inventory Planning/Optimization, Materials Requirements Planning, Distribution Requirements Planning, Supplier Collaboration, and Supply Planning within Integrated Planning. Qualifications Required: - Any Graduation - 10 to 14 years of experience Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a long-range demand plan for categories in Global Category Planning - Lead scenario planning and forecasting at the category level - Work with brands to develop a 3-year NPL strategy in Brand Portfolio Planning - Oversee regional forecast planning (2-12 months) in Regional Demand Forecasting - Review affiliate demand plans, correct biases, and facilitate the IBP process in Affiliate Demand Planning - Partner with Marketing, Demand Planning, and Supply Planning teams to align on category and brand forecasts - Experience in scenario analysis and new product launch planning - Proficiency with SAP, Oracle O9, or other forecasting tools - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities - Ability to lead teams and manage complex, global projects In this role, you will be required to analyze and solve moderately complex problems, create new solutions, understand the strategic direction set by senior management, interact with peers, management levels, and clients, make decisions that impact the team, and manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts.
