Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain / Operations Lead to manage and optimize our end-to-end supply chain processes. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of our operations while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Forecast demand, plan inventory, and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
• Implement processes and systems to optimize operational efficiency.
• Monitor key performance indicators and continuously improve operational workflows.

Qualifications:

• 37 years of experience in supply chain management, operations, or logistics.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proven experience managing vendors, procurement, or complex supply chains.

• Startup experience or ability to operate in high growth, fast-changing environments is preferred.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
