Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain / Operations Lead to manage and optimize our end-to-end supply chain processes. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of our operations while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and logistics. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners. Forecast demand, plan inventory, and ensure timely fulfillment of orders. Implement processes and systems to optimize operational efficiency. Monitor key performance indicators and continuously improve operational workflows. Qualifications: 37 years of experience in supply chain management, operations, or logistics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven experience managing vendors, procurement, or complex supply chains. Startup experience or ability to operate in high growth, fast-changing environments is preferred.
