Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee warehouse operations, stock reconciliations & GRN accuracy.

  • Plan & track dispatches of finished goods ensuring timely delivery & documentation.

  • Monitor RM, WIP, FG inventory; coordinate with PPC & Procurement to maintain optimal stock.

  • Ensure strict ERP compliance for material movement & stock accuracy.

  • Lead stock audits, cycle counts, and resolution of variances.

  • Train and guide warehouse/dispatch teams to improve supply chain visibility & performance

    .

Candidate Requirement:

Experience:

10-12 years in supply chain/logistics, preferably in electrical manufacturing.

Education:

Bachelor's in supply chain, Logistics, or Engineering; MBA preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

  • Hands-on experience in inventory control, dispatch, warehousing

  • Ability to manage multi-location material movement

  • Good communication, team leadership, and coordination skills
