Supply Chain Manager - Integrated Business Planning

Role Overview: As a Supply Chain Manager focusing on Integrated Business Planning, your main responsibility will be to drive the SAP IBP implementation and stabilization process. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the adoption of IBP by continuously monitoring and resolving any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will be responsible for evaluating and implementing improvements in the design of the IBP tool on an ongoing basis. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you analyze the output, identify any issues, and collaborate with planners to resolve them. Timely execution of supply planning and distribution planning will be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Drive Adoption of IBP and ensure continuous monitoring and issue resolution - Evaluate and implement improvements in the design of the IBP tool on an ongoing basis - Analyze the output, identify issues, and work with planners to resolve them - Ensure timely execution of supply planning and distribution planning - Monitor Production and Distribution plans fulfillment and drive improvement - Drive the KPI of availability at CFA-SKU level - Ensure S&OP timelines adherence every month - Prepare Planning Inputs for S&OP meetings and drive overall S&OP excellence - Drive the maintenance of all master data through all functions - Identify areas of improvement of master data to enhance the IBP planning output - Lead Cross-functional and Digital initiatives in Supply Chain and Operations - Identify gaps and areas for increased adoption of Digital Systems Qualifications Required: - 4-6 years of experience in Demand and Supply Planning in FMCG/Pharma companies - Experience in SAP IBP implementation or user, managing cross-functional projects - Post-Graduation (preferably NITIE) in Operations or MBA in Operations (Note: The additional details about the company being an Equal Opportunity Employer have been omitted as they are not directly related to the job description.),
