Supply Chain Manager - Integrated Business Planning

You will be responsible for driving the SAP IBP Implementation and stabilization, ensuring continuous monitoring and issue resolution, evaluating and implementing improvements in the design of IBP tool, analyzing the output, identifying issues, and working with planners to resolve them. Additionally, you will ensure timely execution of supply planning and distribution planning on an ongoing basis. Your role will involve monitoring production and distribution plans fulfillment, driving improvement in availability at CFA-SKU level, ensuring S&OP timelines adherence every month, preparing planning inputs for S&OP meetings, and driving overall S&OP excellence. You will also be leading cross-functional and digital initiatives in Supply Chain and Operations, identifying gaps, and areas where adoption of Digital Systems can be increased. Qualifications required for this role include 4-6 years of experience in Demand and Supply Planning in FMCG/Pharma company, experience in SAP IBP Implementation or User, managing cross-functional projects, and a Post-Graduation (preferably NITIE) in Operations or an MBA in Operations.
