Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing materials requirement planning (MRP) aligned with production forecasts. You will need to balance inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing waste and holding costs. Collaboration with production and R&D teams will be crucial to manage ingredient lead times and formulation changes effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods. - Optimize transportation routes and freight costs while maintaining product integrity, such as temperature control. - Manage third-party logistics providers and warehouse operations. - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to build accurate demand forecasts. - Monitor sales trends and adjust production schedules accordingly. - Align supply chain activities with promotional calendars and seasonal demand spikes. - Track KPIs (e.g., OTIF, inventory turnover, supplier lead time) and report performance. - Lead cost-reduction and efficiency projects. - Utilize ERP systems and digital tools for real-time visibility and decision-making. Qualifications: - 5+ years of supply chain experience, preferably in the food or confectionery industry. Please note that the job type for this position is full-time, and the work location is in person. The company provides Provident Fund benefits.
