Key Responsibilities: - **Technical Product Sourcing:** - Identify and establish relationships with domestic and international vendors. - Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability. - Negotiate contracts and agreements for favorable terms and conditions. - **Logistics Management:** - Develop and implement logistics strategies for timely delivery of materials and products. - Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities. - Monitor and optimize logistics costs while ensuring high service levels. - **Inventory Management:** - Oversee inventory planning to meet production and customer demands. - Implement inventory management systems to minimize stockouts and excess inventory. - Conduct audits and analyze inventory data for improved accuracy and efficiency. - **Manufacturing Lead Time Reduction:** - Collaborate with manufacturing teams to implement process improvements. - Develop strategies to reduce lead times and enhance production efficiency. - Monitor production schedules to ensure timely product delivery. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** - Align supply chain activities with company goals by working closely with various teams. - Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments. - Support new product launches through product development and innovation initiatives. - **Supplier Relationship Management:** - Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors. - Monitor supplier performance and address any issues. - Conduct regular reviews to ensure supplier compliance with quality standards. - **Data Analysis and Reporting:** - Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance to senior management. - Utilize data-driven insights for informed decision-making and continuous improvement. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree/MBA preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple priorities. - Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools. - Experience working with international vendors and understanding global supply chain dynamics.,
