As an Inventory Management professional, you will be responsible for tracking stock levels, updating records, and optimizing inventory flow. Your role will involve ensuring that the right amount of inventory is maintained to meet demand efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Track stock levels to avoid overstock or stockouts - Update inventory records accurately and in a timely manner - Optimize inventory flow to maximize efficiency and minimize costs In the Procurement Support aspect of the job, you will assist in sourcing suppliers, processing purchase orders, and negotiating costs. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the procurement process runs smoothly and cost-effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Source suppliers for required goods or services - Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently - Negotiate costs with suppliers to obtain the best deals In Logistics & Distribution, your responsibilities will include coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, and ensuring smooth transportation of goods. You will be instrumental in maintaining the efficiency of the supply chain and timely delivery of products. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate shipments to various destinations - Track deliveries to ensure timely arrival - Ensure smooth transportation of goods to different locations Your role will also involve Data Analysis & Reporting, where you will analyze supply chain metrics, prepare reports, and suggest process improvements based on your findings. Your insights will be vital in optimizing the supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze supply chain metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Prepare detailed reports on inventory management and procurement processes - Suggest process improvements based on data analysis Additionally, as part of Vendor & Supplier Management, you will communicate with suppliers, monitor their performance, and ensure timely deliveries. Building strong relationships with suppliers and vendors will be essential in maintaining a reliable supply chain. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with suppliers to convey requirements and expectations - Monitor supplier performance to ensure adherence to quality and delivery standards - Ensure timely deliveries of goods and services from vendors As a Full-time employee, you will be entitled to commuter assistance. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the job location is in Gurgaon, Haryana. A Master's degree is required for this position.
