Supply Chain Executive

As a candidate for this role, your primary responsibility will be to prepare order confirmations, sales invoices, and packing lists using Tally. You will need to coordinate with clients to ensure the receipt of signed sales order confirmations and cross-check them with the purchase orders issued by the client. Your role will also involve the preparation of pre-shipment and post-shipment documents, including packing lists, invoices, shipping bills, and regulatory declarations. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare order confirmations, sales invoices, and packing lists in Tally - Coordinate with clients to receive signed sales order confirmations and cross-check them with purchase orders - Prepare pre-shipment and post-shipment documents such as packing lists, invoices, shipping bills, and regulatory declarations Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in using Tally for order confirmations, sales invoices, and packing lists - Strong attention to detail for cross-checking sales orders with purchase orders - Knowledge of preparing pre-shipment and post-shipment documents - Ability to maintain records on duty drawback and MEIS credit for export shipments - Experience in coordinating with CHA for road transport, shipping container, and vessel As a candidate for this role, your primary responsibility will be to prepare order confirmations, sales invoices, and packing lists using Tally.
