1. Plan & execute all supply chain planning related work for respective Channel group.
2. ERP Maintenance of master data in MAPICS, DOH and OMPS and Central Prod mast.
3. Analysing & monitoring customer service, Flow KPIs (Prodperf, Supplier performance & Leadtime) and related improvement actions.
4. Run MRP & release purchase & manufacturing orders.
5. Coordinating with supplier & purchase for on time components delivery.
6. Coordinating with Internal CFT for on time finished product delivery.
7. Inventory management Manufacturing order closure & avoiding stock mismatch.
8. Distribution Planning - Coordinating with CSR for stock transfer order placement.
1. Strong analytical skills for service level analysis & demand forecasting.
2. Strong interpersonal and communications skills (oral & written).
3. Strong Supply Chain process knowledge.
4. Good excel knowledge & exposure to ERP systems.
5. Languages to be known – Hindi, English, Kannada.
