Supply Chain Delivery Manager

Role Overview: Join us as a Supply Chain Delivery Manager based in India, where you will play a crucial role in providing a competitive advantage and enhancing customer experience. You will be responsible for supporting, developing, and delivering innovative supply chain solutions aligned with cost and risk expectations, offering great visibility and collaboration opportunities within the team. Key Responsibilities: - Support and implement global supply chain strategies and solutions integrating the full contract life cycle across various spend categories, geographies, and business areas. - Contribute to the development and management of the supply base in alignment with the strategic objectives, including managing key strategic suppliers, identifying new potential suppliers, and enhancing supplier performance. - Deliver proactive plans, prioritize resources efficiently, manage the supply base effectively, and undertake contract and financial signing authority as per delegated levels of authority. - Build strong networks across the supply market and external organizations, develop insights and analysis, design stakeholder management strategies, and provide excellent supply chain services. - Support a deep understanding of franchises, functions, and business areas relevant to successful supply chain strategies, and design solutions meeting their requirements. Qualifications Required: - At least five to seven years of relevant experience in the supply chain market with a track record of project implementation and continuous improvement. - Degree level education or equivalent qualification. - Experience in managing strategic supplier relationships, contracts, and delivering sustainable improvements. - Knowledge of contract law, legal aspects relevant to the supply chain, and applying supply chain skills to influence business outcomes. - Proven ability to take ownership of resolving issues within a supply chain services environment. - Understanding of regulatory and bank policy requirements to ensure contract compliance and support stakeholders in risk governance actions. - Conduct periodic reviews to validate and update data elements related to third-party contracts.,
