Supply Chain Analyst

Position Title:

Position Summary:

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Plan, coordinate, and implement the overall supply chain strategy for inventory management across global warehouses.
2. Provide the Purchasing team with supply plans to release contracts.
3. Share delivery schedules against contracts with vendors and ensure timely execution.
4. Monitor and control global warehouse operations to maintain efficiency and compliance.
5. Provide accurate and timely shipping instructions to warehouses against customer orders.
6. Liaise with the Terova Sales team to gather forecasts and align material planning with business requirements.
   

Functional Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, logistics, and global warehouse management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly demand and supply planning tools (Microsoft Dynamics D365 preferred).
• Solid understanding of international shipping processes, documentation, and compliance standards.
  

Business Expertise:

• In-depth understanding of global supply chain dynamics, customer/vendor relationship management, and logistics cost control.
• Familiarity with international trade practices, import/export requirements, and regulatory compliance.
  

Leadership:

• No direct reports; however, the role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, QA, Logistics, and Finance teams.
• Ability to influence and align stakeholders across geographies to achieve business objectives.
  

Problem Solving:

• Apply analytical thinking for accurate forecasting, supply planning, and risk mitigation in shipments.
• Identify inefficiencies in supply chain operations and recommend cost-effective improvements.
• Resolve transaction errors and operational challenges promptly.
  

Impact:

• Direct impact on supply chain efficiency, on-time delivery, and global cost optimization.
• Supports customer satisfaction, revenue realization, and business continuity through seamless supply chain execution.
