Position 1 - Manager / Sr Manager Quality Systems

Qualification : BE Mechanical Engineering from reputed Institute

Experience : Minimum 15 Years Experience

Salary : Up to 15 Lakhs Per Annum

1. Lead the development and execution of the organizations quality systems strategy.
   
2. Ensure compliance with ISO/IATF and customer-specific requirements.
   
3. Manage internal/external audits and certification processes.
   
4. Mentor and guide quality engineers and cross-functional teams.
   
5. Drive quality improvement initiatives aligned with business goals.

1. Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in compliance with ISO/IATF standards.
   
2. Support internal audits and coordinate corrective/preventive actions.
   
3. Analyze quality data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
   
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process compliance.
   
5. Train staff on quality procedures and system requirements.

Position 3 - Engineer / Sr Engineer - Supplier Quality

Qualification : BE Mechanical Engineering from reputed Institute

Experience : Minimum 5 Years Experience

Salary : Up to 8 Lakhs Per Annum

1. Qualify and monitor suppliers of SMT raw materials (e.g., solder paste, adhesives, PCBs, components).
   
2. Conduct supplier audits, process capability reviews, and risk assessments.
   
3. Resolve supplier-related quality issues using root cause analysis and 8D methodology.
   
4. Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing on material selection and validation.
   
5. Ensure supplier compliance with IPC, ISO, and customer-specific requirements.
