Supplier Account Management - India Collaboration Center

If you are passionate about contributing to the next generation of technology, then this opportunity is for you. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the supply chain engagement in the Collaborative Engineering Center. - Collaborate with senior executives in Supply Chain, Operations, and Engineering to align on project and supplier selection. - Drive cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and develop new technology in partnership with supplier partners. - Develop, align, and implement commodity strategies. - Negotiate and manage agreements with suppliers to structure business relationships. - Engage with PLC process to ensure alignment with commodity strategies. - Actively manage supplier relationships to influence business goals and objectives positively. - Evaluate suppliers for Introduction and/or Disengagement requirements from the supply base. - Drive a culture of Speed, Quality, Service, Cost, and Innovation. - Resolve systemic supply chain issues affecting quality, cost, delivery, or lead-time. - Evaluate cost and quality performance benchmarks and associated risks. - Identify cost reduction opportunities and work with cross-functional teams to implement them. - Align suppliers and Applied technology roadmaps through market trend understanding. - Develop and maintain Scorecards for suppliers and lead business reviews. - Define and monitor metrics relative to supplier performance against objectives. **Minimum Qualifications:** - Educational background in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. - 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain management in the Engineering or Manufacturing Industry. - Opportunity for relocation to Bangalore, India to leverage the potential of Indian suppliers in the semiconductor industry.
