Supervisor (Yard)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supervising yard and production operations, ensuring smooth flow of materials, monitoring shift production activities, and maintaining production, safety, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily yard and production operations including raw material handling, rolling, cutting, and dispatch. - Monitor production parameters, line efficiency, and process performance. - Coordinate material handling activities such as loading/unloading, stacking, and product movement. - Manage 12-hour shifts, allocate manpower, and supervise workers. - Ensure adherence to SOPs, minimize rejection, rework, and wastage. - Prepare production reports, downtime analysis, and material consumption records. - Coordinate with planning and quality teams for production targets and delivery schedules.
