Job Description

The Supervisor at Play Kingdom is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the play area, ensuring a safe, clean, and engaging environment for children and parents. The role involves managing play attendants, coordinating guest services, monitoring safety protocols, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of play area staff. Ensure all safety, hygiene, and cleanliness protocols are strictly followed. Greet guests warmly and address customer queries and concerns promptly. Manage crowd control and ensure children’s activities are conducted safely. Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs. Train and guide new play attendants and staff. Handle ticketing, party bookings, and event coordination as needed. Ensure all staff adhere to policies, schedules, and grooming standards. Prepare shift reports and escalate any issues to the manager. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 5 and above years experience in a supervisory or customer service role (experience in childcare, amusement parks, or hospitality is a plus). Strong communication and people management skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Enthusiastic and child-friendly personality. Work Schedule: Rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
