Job Description

Job Title: Supervisor
Department: Production
Location: Meerut

Key Responsibilities:

Manage material issuance as per daily production requirements.
Maintain daily records of material inward and outward movement in the factory notebook.
Monitor and update WIP goods inventory in the store — ensure proper counting, tracking, and issuing for further processing.
Coordinate with relevant departments to support smooth order processing.
Ensure timely and accurate material flow between stores and the production floor.
Identify discrepancies or shortages and report them promptly.

Requirements:

Basic literacy; ability to maintain handwritten records.
Prior experience in factory/store handling roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Good coordination and tracking skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, floor-level environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
