Job Description

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day factory operations and production activities.
Assign tasks and monitor performance of workers and machine operators.
Ensure production targets are met within specified timelines.
Maintain quality control standards and check finished products against specifications.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
Monitor attendance, discipline, and safety of factory workers.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly production reports.
Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Identify problems in production and provide timely solutions.
Train and guide workers for improving efficiency and productivity.
Coordinate with other departments such as maintenance, stores, and quality control.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
