Supervisor, People Experience

Role Overview: As a Supervisor, People Experience (Corporate HR Generalist) at McDonalds, based in the India Global Business Services Office, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day HR support for all corporate roles in the Canada Market. Your main focus will be to ensure a consistent and positive employee experience that aligns with organizational priorities and local market needs. You will collaborate closely with the in-market Canada Corporate People Partner to deliver impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the in-market Corporate People Partner to manage programs for all Canada Corporate staff, including training, career growth, and employee engagement activities - Coordinate with the in-market TA team and Corporate People Partner to align work with strategic TA initiatives in the market - Work with the Global HR team to support globally led HR initiatives - Manage the delivery of People initiatives for all Corporate staff in the Canada Market, resolving employee concerns and conflicts effectively - Support HR administration activities for Canada corporate employees - Enable the delivery of best-in-class talent acquisition strategies in the market - Support the execution of local talent programs through the development of materials, resources, and tools Qualifications Required: - Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; advanced degree preferred - Experience working in Human Resources or Project Management - Experience in large, multi-national corporations with a complex structure - Experience working across different countries and cultures - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of learning & development trends, regulations, and best practices Additional Details: McDonald's Corporation is one of the world's largest employers with locations in over 100 countries.
