Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and organized School Supervisor to support the Principal in managing the daily operations of the school. The Supervisor will be responsible for academic coordination, staff assistance, discipline management, and smooth execution of school routines.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Principal in the implementation of school policies and programs

Oversee and monitor the day-to-day functioning of classes and school activities

Coordinate with teachers for syllabus planning, timetables, and academic schedules

Ensure proper discipline is maintained across all sections of the school

Supervise attendance records of students and staff

Help in organizing exams, school events, and assemblies

Act as a liaison between teaching staff and management

Provide regular feedback to the Principal on academic and administrative matters

Maintain communication with parents as required

Support administrative tasks such as inspections, reports, and audits

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications:

Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream

B.Ed. (Preferred)

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a school environment (teaching or administration)

Skills:

Fluency in Marathi and English

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Organizational and multitasking ability

Knowledge of school operations

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month

• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
