JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the role of Principal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the academic and administrative functions of the school, ensuring compliance with educational standards, and fostering a positive, disciplined, and enriching atmosphere for both staff and students. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and direction to all school operations. Supervise and support teaching and non-teaching staff in daily functions. Monitor and enhance curriculum delivery across all grades. Implement policies and practices to maintain discipline and safety on campus. Ensure effective communication with parents, staff, students, and management. Conduct teacher evaluations, training programs, and staff development sessions. Coordinate school inspections, audits, and board-level compliance (SSC/State Board). Organize co-curricular activities, school events, and community engagement programs. Maintain and manage school records, academic reports, and administrative documentation. Eligibility Criteria Educational Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) – Mandatory Experience: Minimum 5 years of teaching experience Minimum 3 years in an administrative or leadership role (preferably as a Vice-Principal or Principal) Skills: Proficiency in Marathi and English (spoken and written) Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Effective interpersonal and team management skills Familiarity with academic frameworks and government norms for aided/unaided schools Job Types: Full-time, Freelance Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Work Location: In person
