Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Aluva, is for a Supervisor in the construction sector. The Supervisor will oversee daily activities on the construction site, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within budget and timelines. Responsibilities include managing site operations, coordinating with the team, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, team supervision, and organizing daily site operations
• Knowledge of construction methodologies, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate with contractors
• Proficiency in problem-solving, planning, and decision-making
• Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment
• Ability to work on-site in Aluva and adhere to project schedules
• Previous experience in the construction industry preferred
• Relevant technical certifications or a diploma in construction management or a related field
