Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth workflow
  • Manage skilled and unskilled labour to maintain discipline and productivity
  • Coordinate with contractors to get daily/weekly material quantity requirements
  • Hand over materials as per the requirement to contractors
  • Maintain proper stock and usage tracking
  • Act as a communication bridge between the office, the contractor, and the vendor
  • Ensure the timely availability of required tools, materials, and resources on-site
  • Share photo/video updates and brief reports of ongoing work daily
  • Highlight issues, delays, or extra work needed
  • Travel across multiple sites as per the work schedule
  • Supervise different locations effectively within project timelines
  • Ensure work is executed as per design, quality standards, and safety norms
  • Report any safety hazards or mishaps
