As a Supervisor for Internal Controls & ISO Compliance at our organization, your role will involve implementing and strengthening internal control systems, monitoring adherence to ISO standards, collaborating with teams to integrate ISO systems, challenging legacy systems with innovative methods, providing training on compliance protocols, automating compliance processes, preparing reports on control gaps, developing SOPs for key operational functions, and ensuring alignment with industry standards and company objectives. Qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Finance, or related fields. - 5+ years of experience in the relevant field. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, etc.). - Good computer skills (familiarity with MS Office Suite and basic IT troubleshooting). - ERP system knowledge (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.) is preferred. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
