As a Supervisor for Internal Controls & ISO Compliance at our organization, your role will involve implementing and strengthening internal control systems, monitoring adherence to ISO standards, collaborating with teams to integrate ISO systems, challenging legacy systems with innovative methods, providing training on compliance protocols, automating compliance processes, preparing reports on control gaps, developing SOPs for key operational functions, and ensuring alignment with industry standards and company objectives.
