Job Summary:

The Logistic Supervisor will be responsible for managing and coordinating all logistics activities related to material handling equipment (MHE) and assembly line feeding operations. This role ensures timely and accurate material supply to the production lines, optimal inventory management, and smooth coordination between warehouse, production, and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily logistics and line feeding operations for MHE production.
  
• Ensure materials and components are supplied to assembly lines on time as per production schedules.
  
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and procurement to maintain stock accuracy.
  
• Plan and allocate manpower and MHE (forklifts, tuggers, etc.) efficiently to meet operational targets.
  
• Implement lean logistics and material flow optimization techniques.
  
• Coordinate with production, planning, and quality teams to resolve material-related issues promptly.
  
• Maintain documentation and records of material movement, shortages, and logistics KPIs.
  
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies during material handling operations.
  
• Train and guide logistics team members to enhance operational efficiency and communication.
  

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Engineering).
  
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics operations within a manufacturing or assembly environment.
  
• Experience in material feeding, internal logistics, or warehouse management preferred.
  
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
  
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP/WMS systems.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment.
