Role & responsibilities Manage a team of technicians engaged in Cathodic Electro-Deposition (E-coating) operations, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure the achievement of production targets and quality standards. Oversee the setup and operation of E-coating equipment, monitor bath chemistry, and optimize process parameters to enhance coating adhesion, corrosion resistance, and overall product quality. Identify and address technical issues related to E-coating processes, equipment, or materials, collaborating with engineering teams to implement solutions and minimize production downtime. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain product integrity. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations in E-coating operations, conducting risk assessments, and implementing measures to mitigate hazards and minimize environmental impact. Drive initiatives to optimize E-coating processes, reduce waste, and enhance operational efficiency, leveraging data analysis and feedback from cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. Liaise with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and production, to coordinate workflow, address technical challenges, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives and customer requirements. Preferred candidate profile Candidate must be able to meet day to day targets given on respected lines He must be capable to handle 30-40 manpower working under his supervision He must have thorough knowledge of CED process Candidate must posses good communication skill He must be capable to react on any variations if founds during his shifts Should be ready to work in all 3 shifts Must posses own 2 wheeler Ready to relocate nearby the factory location Ready to join on Immediate basis Perks and benefits PF/ Performance Bonus
