Supervisor HSE (Health, Security and Environment)

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic professional for :

Timely Implementation of various HSE programs under the guidance of Group HSE Head. Conducting daily plant rounds and interacting with the plant personnel for the strict compliance of the safety behaviour and safety procedures. Regular interaction with various contractual service providers to ensure all company safety norms are complied when they perform various jobs at company sites.

· Conducting regular safety inspections and audits of the plant as per the set schedule

· Investigating and reporting of all types of incidents including near misses.

· Conducting HSE training to all employees as per the training schedule including mandated regulatory training.

· Conducting Risk Assessments and JHA (Job Hazard Analysis) for all activities in the plant, including for new activities.

· Strict implementation of safe work permit system in the plant

· Conducting safety committee meetings and tool box talk meeting

· Preparing legal compliance calendar and complying to all the statutory requirements under Factory Act, State Pollution Control Board and any other relevant authority.

· Implementation of Onsite emergency plan, conducting training and safety drills.

· Maintenance of Plant Fire fighting and fire detection systems etc

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
