SUPERVISOR

होटल ओम रेज़िडेंसी में सुपरवाइज़र की आवश्यकता है, जो रोज़ाना के संचालन पर नज़र रखे और सभी विभागों का काम समय पर और सही तरीके से पूरा करवाए। यह भूमिका स्टाफ के समन्वय और गुणवत्ता मानकों को बनाए रखने के लिए जिम्मेदार होगी।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां

• हाउसकीपिंग, फ्रंट डेस्क और मेंटेनेंस सहित होटल के दैनिक संचालन की देखरेख करना।
• सभी सौंपे गए कार्य समय पर और सही तरीके से पूरे करवाना।
• स्टाफ और प्रबंधन के साथ समन्वय बनाना।
• कमरों, आम क्षेत्रों और सुविधाओं की नियमित जांच कर स्वच्छता और गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित करना।
• मेहमानों की शिकायतें या अनुरोध संभालना और ज़रूरत पड़ने पर प्रबंधन को सूचित करना।
• सामान/सप्लाई का रिकॉर्ड रखना और आवश्यकता होने पर ऑर्डर में मदद करना।
• सुरक्षा, स्वच्छता और होटल की नीतियों का पालन सुनिश्चित करना।

योग्यता

• होटल या सुपरवाइजरी कार्य का अनुभव वांछनीय।
• अच्छी संचार और नेतृत्व क्षमता।
• तेज़ी से समस्या सुलझाने और मल्टीटास्क करने की क्षमता।
• होटल की ज़रूरतों के अनुसार विभिन्न शिफ्ट में काम करने की लचीलापन।

Hotel Om Residency is seeking a responsible Supervisor to oversee day-to-day hotel activities and ensure smooth operations across all departments. The ideal candidate will coordinate tasks, monitor staff performance, and maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily hotel operations including housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance.
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with staff and management for smooth workflow.
• Inspect rooms, common areas, and facilities to maintain cleanliness and quality.
• Handle guest concerns or requests and report to management when needed.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and assist with ordering when required.
• Uphold safety, hygiene, and hotel policies.

Requirements

• Prior experience in hospitality or supervisory role preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems quickly.
• Flexible to work different shifts as per hotel needs.
