Job Description: As a Supervisor-FRP at our facility in Delhi, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) Art & Decor works. Your tasks will include managing staff, ensuring production schedules are met, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with other departments to optimize workflow. Your role will also involve troubleshooting production issues, implementing safety protocols, and training team members on best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Manage staff and oversee daily operations of FRP Art & Decor works - Ensure production schedules are met and maintain quality standards - Coordinate with other departments to optimize workflow - Troubleshoot production issues and implement safety protocols - Train team members on best practices in FRP production processes Qualifications Required: - Experience in supervising or managing a team in a manufacturing environment - Knowledge of FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) production processes and equipment - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Understanding of safety protocols and quality control standards - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Note: Food and accommodation will be provided.
