Supervisor-FRP

The Supervisor-FRP position is a full-time on-site role based at our facility in Delhi. As the Supervisor-FRP, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) Art & Decor works. Your tasks will include managing staff, ensuring production schedules are met, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with other departments to optimize workflow. Additionally, you will be expected to troubleshoot production issues, implement safety protocols, and provide training to team members on best practices. To excel in this role, you should have experience in supervising or managing a team in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of FRP production processes and equipment is essential, along with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Understanding safety protocols and quality control standards is crucial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required to effectively coordinate with staff and other departments.
