As a Sales or Service Supervisor, your role will involve supervising and guiding the sales or service staff to meet their daily and monthly goals. You will be responsible for ensuring that the team has a strong product knowledge and engages with customers in an excellent manner. Your duties will include monitoring stock levels, product displays, and warranty/service processes. Additionally, you will handle escalated customer queries and ensure quick resolution, as well as coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and service partners. Tracking sales, returns, and preparing performance reports will also be part of your responsibilities. It is essential to maintain compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and store standards.
