Qualification:

• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality in plant operations.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.

• Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance activities for electrical equipment to minimize downtime and maximize plant performance.

• Monitor and analyse plant performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

• Investigate and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to production claims and energy output.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and performance metrics.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize plant performance and troubleshoot any issues.

• Stay updated on industry developments, best practices, and technological advancements related to rooftop solar plant operations and maintenance.

• Preventing maintenance such as periodical cleaning and action plan for preventing hot spot on PV modules

• Implement and enforce standard maintenance procedures

• Conducting RCA and its action plan ( Determination of hazards and risks )

• DB ( Distribution Board ) PM and testing of electrical system

• Work permit knowledge and Safety audits

• Experience of Spare management

• Earthling system / lightening system testing and records
