Supervisor Electrical Panel Assembly

Industry: Sheet Metal Manufacturing Units
Experience Required: 5–7 years

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical panel assembly operations in sheet metal manufacturing.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality protocols.
• Manage a team of technicians/operators, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
• Review electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and ensure accurate implementation.
• Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain production schedules and optimize workflow efficiency.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of electrical panel assembly and sheet metal fabrication processes.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documents.
• Hands-on experience with wiring, testing, and installation of electrical panels.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Problem-solving and process improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant industry experience.
