We are hiring a Supervisor to manage daily loading and unloading operations and handle labour teams efficiently. Key Responsibilities : Supervise loading and unloading of goods/materials. Manage and assign work to labourers on-site. Ensure proper handling and stacking of items. Maintain attendance and productivity records of workers. Coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff for timely dispatch and receipt. Ensure safety protocols are followed during material movement. Report daily work status to management. Requirements : Prior experience in labour handling or warehouse operations preferred. Ability to manage a team and work under pressure. Physically fit and willing to be on-site during operations. Basic record-keeping and communication skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
