Role Overview: As a Waste Management Supervisor at Waste Management (WM), you will be responsible for providing leadership to direct reports, managing work flow, and assigning tasks to ensure operational excellence and efficiency. Your essential duties and responsibilities will include timely reporting of data, MIS, and related metrics, assisting in keeping vendor accounts updated and accurate, resolving quality control issues in problem queues, meeting or exceeding individual productivity requirements, following standard procedures and integrating new procedures into daily routines, mentoring the team to ensure excellence in performance and motivation levels, training and developing new hires to align with company standards and culture, and maintaining professional and productive relations and communications with internal customers.
