Job Description

You will be working as a Supervising Associate in Experience Management at EY, ensuring the oversight and management of operations and service delivery of a Resource Management Function. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan and deploy resources to projects based on skills, experience, availability, and project budget. - Conduct capacity planning to ensure resources have sufficient capacity for upcoming projects. - Utilize resources across functions and services based on availability and capacity of skilled resources. - Manage skill matrix of resources, guide them to enhance their skills as per market requirements. - Interact regularly with on-shore clients for day-to-day activities. - Manage Onshore/Off-Shore Transformation RM projects, track status, ensure milestones are met on schedule. - Ensure timely delivery of all RM tasks as per committed deadlines (SLA/KPIs). - Follow up on action items with key stakeholders to ensure on-time completion. - Contribute as an effective owner of the team, taking accountability for deliverables. - Create value for clients independently by bringing excellent RM and change management skills. - Conduct periodic reviews with customers and deploy best practices for automation and innovation. - Provide insights and solutions based on rapid assessment of current landscape for clients. - Act as a coach to client staff to support capability embedding. - Develop and manage knowledge for internal projects and EY communities. - Interact with counselees to discuss their performance. **Skills and attributes for success:** - Proficiency in MS Project/Word/PowerPoint/Excel. - Knowledge in Data Visualization tools would be advantageous. - Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral. - Strong organizational and analytical skills. - Attention to detail and flexibility to adjust to changing business needs. - Experience in managing service delivery and client handling at a leadership level. - Awareness of SLA/KPI implementation and budgeting processes. - Experience in managing operations in a shared service model is beneficial. To qualify for this role, you must have a Graduate/MBA (HR) with 8-11 years of overall experience and 5-7 years of relevant experience in resource management, scheduling, and staffing concepts.,
