Superintendent - Mechanical maintenance(Dredging)

Responsibilities

Management and effective utilization of man power as per the planned maintenance.Cost monitoring compared to budget.Ensure the effectiveness and upkeep of mechanical equipment (Gearbox, Hydraulic system, Transmission etc.).Ensure calibration of critical instruments as per OEM recommendations.Knowledge in handling and trouble shooting of problems related to mechanical equipment&aposs.Support all RCA and CAPA implementation. Develop and implement maintenance procedures and calibration procedures.Develop Second line with all required trainings, coaching and mentoring for safety aspects.Organize and Manage to complete One Time Capex within time and as per budget, and Budget preparation.Manage slow moving and critical inventory of equipment&aposs.Maintain and executes preventative maintenance schedules of mechanical equipment&aposs.Maintain necessary maintenance logs and daily reports.

Qualifications

Diploma in Mechanical (Essential) or B Tech (Desirable).10-15 years experience in mechanical maintenance.
