Qualifications:

Bachelor of Engineering

Desired Competencies:

  1. 6 to 8 years of experience in SuccessFactors with at least 3+ years of experience in Workforce Analytics.
  2. Certified in SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics and Planning.
  3. Hands-on experience in 3 full life cycle implementations of SuccessFactors with at least 2 of them involving Workforce Analytics.
  4. Hands-on experience with Workforce Analytics and knowledge of analytics-driven insight for HR organizations.
  5. Experience in Core Metrics and Analysis Options.
  6. Experience in Metrics Catalogues, Metric Definitions, Drill Down Capabilities, Filters.
  7. Ability to analyze trends across multiple metrics and dimensions using an interactive user interface and articulate the findings as necessary.
  8. Ability to generate reports and dashboards using an interactive user interface and a rich library of visualizations and chart types.
  9. Ability to publish and distribute reports, including charts, in Adobe PDF and/or Microsoft Word, Excel or PowerPoint formats.
  10. Ability to create built-in benchmarks to measure the customer against peer organizations.
  11. Ability to automate email distribution of reports to designated users and schedule reports to run at specific times.
  12. Well versed in Security and Permissions for Workforce Analytics and SuccessFactors.
  13. Ability to drive client requirements, business process, and configuration workshops.
  14. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  15. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can communicate clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities / Expectations from the Role:

  • Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes.
  • Good understanding of payroll processes (e.g., gross payroll, overtime payments, allowances, paid time off, benefits, superannuation, super stream, employee taxes, overpayments, deductions, balances, and totals).
  • Design, implement, and support complex reports in SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics (SF WFA).
  • Should have worked on both functional and technical testing in all SuccessFactors WFA modules.
