Job Description

Hi All,

SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)

Job Location- Pune

Work Mode- Hybrid

Employment Type-Permanent

Notice Period- Immediate to max 30 days

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
SAP Certified Application Associate SAP SuccessFactors or related certifications.
Experience with API management and cloud integration technologies.
Understanding of HR business processes and their mapping to SuccessFactors modules.

Required Experience

5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors platform and integrations.
Hands-on experience with SAP BTP, SAP CPI, IAS, and IPS.
Familiarity with integration tools such as SAP PI/PO, Dell Boomi, or similar middleware technologies.
Strong knowledge of integration to SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Onboarding, and Learning.

Technical Skills

In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors architecture, configuration, and APIs.
Experience with integration tools for seamless data synchronization.
Strong troubleshooting skills for platform and integration issues.

Soft Skills

Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies.
Effective communicator with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
