Job Description

Holding a bachelors or master’s degree in Business Information Technology, Business Engineering, , Human Resources or equivalent OR demonstrable knowledge and experience gained in another way. Solid experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solution plus ideally covering also other functional SAP SuccessFactors skill areas (e.g. Employee Central (EC)) Ideally solid experience in acting as Solution expert on SAP SuccessFactors projects Great communicator, organized, and quick at learning and understanding new technology skills with an aptitude and passion for working with people. Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills who is eager to always learn. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Good understanding of SAP cloud and hybrid deployment models Agile mindset.
